In 2018, the partners of Headway Executive Search, realized that, apart from the managerial profiles they managed, they also received many requests for intermediate and specialized technical profiles that required a boutique type of treatment. After analyzing the growth needs of their clients, they considered that it would be a good time to create a company specialized in these profiles and thus not depend on other external partners. Thus Future Track was born.
Future Track is a young company, led by senior professionals with extensive experience in recruitment, nationally and internationally for all types of companies and sectors.
Our team is distinguished by its high qualification, professional trajectory, human quality and commitment. The professionals who form it, have a solid experience and preparation to understand the culture, values and business strategy of our clients; and thus analyze in depth the profiles and sectors of each selection process, ensuring its success.

Con 20 años de experiencia como Consultora de Selección de Personal, ha emprendido diferentes proyectos profesionales en el ámbito de la Consultoría de RRHH, especializada en la selección de personal de perfiles técnicos y mandos intermedios.
Silvia Egido
Diplomada en Turismo en la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona CETT. Tras 7 años en Ventas en el sector del Turismo, inicié mi carrera profesional en el mundo de la Consultoría de los RRHH Selección, Evaluación y Desarrollo del Talento en el año 2006 en una empresa multinacional con un entorno multicultural.

Graduada en Administración y Dirección de Empresas por el Insituto Químico de Sarriá y Máster en Inteligencia Emocional y Coaching en las Organizaciones en la Universidad de Barcelona. Cuenta con experiencia de más de 4 años en selección y executive search en empresa internacional.

With 20 years of experience as a Personnel Selection Consultant, she has undertaken different professional projects in the field of HR Consulting, specialized in the selection of personnel of technical profiles and middle managers.
Diploma in Tourism at the Autonomous University of Barcelona CETT. After 7 years in Sales in the Tourism sector, I started my professional career in the world of HR Consulting, Selection, Evaluation and Talent Development in 2006 in a multinational company with a multicultural environment.
Marina MartinGraduated in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid and Master in Human Resources Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. She began her professional career in the retail/fashion sector. Later he coordinated and managed projects and events in the field of advertising and marketing. She began her career in HR four years ago, focused on corporate training. She is currently specialized in the selection of technical profiles and middle managers.
Celia ClarensGraduated in Business Administration and Management from the Chemical Institute of Sarriá and Master in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching in Organizations at the University of Barcelona. He has more than six years of experience in selection and executive search in international companies.
Andrea GarciaGraduated in Event Organization and Protocol and doing a master’s degree in Team Management at the Business School of Barcelona. Currently training in the area of Human Resources, focused on the selection of technical profiles and middle managers.
